The partners in Ormskirk Medical Practice are Dr H R L Bishop-Cornet, Dr S R Marshall and Dr S P Frampton. They hold a contract with Central Lancashire PCT to provide general medical services.

The surgery premises are located in Derby Street in the town centre, opposite the Police Station and near the Library.

A large public car park is situated behind the practice, reached via Leyland Way or Railway Road.
