The partners in Ormskirk Medical Practice are Dr Simon P Frampton and Dr Amy Bishop-Cornet. They hold a contract with NHS England to provide general medical services.

The surgery premises are located in Derby Street in the town centre, opposite the Police Station and near the Library. A large public car park is situated behind the practice, reached via Leyland Way or Railway Road.

Disabled Access is at the Rear of the premises (Car park side) and is clearly marked.
